MicroTeam OÜ is a technology company registered in Estonia, European Union. We develop IT solutions for industrial clients as well as consumer mobile applications available on the App Store and other platforms.
This Privacy Policy governs all products and applications published under the MicroTeam OÜ name. Our approach to privacy is consistent across everything we build: we collect only what is strictly necessary, and in most of our consumer products, we collect nothing at all.

For enterprise and professional services engagements, data handling is governed separately by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) and NDA signed before any work begins.
Some of our products save user preferences locally on your device using the operating system's standard storage mechanisms. This data never leaves your device and is never accessible to us or any third party. Examples include:
This information exists solely to improve your experience the next time you open the product. It can be fully removed at any time by uninstalling the application.
Our consumer products are designed to function fully offline where possible. They do not make network requests in the background, do not send usage data to remote servers, and do not require an account or internet connection to operate.
Where an internet connection is used — for example to fetch updated content — this is limited strictly to that function and does not involve the collection or transmission of personal data.
Our consumer applications integrate no third-party analytics services, advertising networks, social media frameworks, or tracking SDKs. There are no embedded trackers of any kind.
Where third-party content or data is used within a product — such as open-licensed text or data sets — it is bundled locally within the application and does not involve any communication with external servers at runtime.
Because we collect no personal data from any user, our products are safe for users of all ages. Our consumer applications contain no advertisements, no in-app purchases that collect personal details, and no links to external social platforms.
MicroTeam OÜ is subject to EU GDPR regulations as an Estonian registered company. Since our consumer products collect no personal data, there is nothing to access, rectify, export, or erase on our end.
Any data stored by our products lives solely on your device and is fully under your control. It can be removed at any time by uninstalling the application. For enterprise clients, your rights and obligations are defined in the DPA signed at the start of each engagement.

If we update this policy, the revised version will be published at this URL with an updated "Last updated" date. We will not reduce your privacy protections without clear notice. Given the nature of our products, we do not anticipate significant changes — but we are committed to transparency if anything does change.
